2010 Heater Fuel Tests at Shawville

First test of a control pair with cordwood. Matched set of fuel loads. Warm heater.
White birch, 54.2 lb total, incl. 3.75 lbs kindling. 28.3% moisture.
North-South loading. Largest pieces first. Loaded onto a coal bed (Colorado method)
Efficiency is calculated at 95% oxygen recovery (Colorado method).
Stack temperature corrected for height.

Second spike is on loading the cordwood (bottom ignition from the coal bed).
Large spike followed by a flatline -- this is the first time for this pattern. HK-L17 will be a repeat with a matched load.
PM measurement started at 10 minutes, and does not include the kindling burn.
